This Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return or exchange your products.

1. Return Eligibility

You are eligible to return your item(s) within 30 days from the date of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item(s) must be in new, unused, and unworn condition.
  • The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • Shoes must not show any signs of wear or damage. They should be in the same condition as when they were shipped.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or customized products.

2. How to Return Your Item(s)

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at service@yefaso.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item(s). Please make sure to include the RA number on the return package.
  3. Shipping the Return: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely received. YEFASO is not responsible for lost return packages.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different size, color, or style, please contact us to make arrangements. The item(s) you wish to exchange must meet the return eligibility criteria.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service team at service@yefaso.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s). We will offer you a full refund or a replacement depending on your preference.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards or store credit.
  • Products that have been worndamaged, or altered in any way.
  • Items purchased from clearance sales or as part of promotional discounts (unless otherwise stated).

6. International Returns

For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further information on import fees.
